Hi guys ,here a software which will change ur startup sound of windows.This software does not need installation
you only need is convert ur mp3 into a wav format by using audio converters , then press replace option in startup sound changer and choose ur wav format music ,thats all u have now changed the start sound of windows .........In this i have also added startup background changer .........
Note:this works on windows7,windows vista only
